Yelp Inc(NYSE:YELP) announced the availability of Yelp Japan. Beginning today, people throughout Japan are able to create accounts on Yelp.co.jp to share their opinions about local businesses. Yelp’s free iPhone and Android applications will be available as well as its free suite of business owner tools: Yelp for Business Owners.
The stock is up over 5% to $69.32, breaking out of the recent sharp short-term downtrend. At the current price, next resistance is at $70.77. Support is at $68.32.
As previously reported, SunTrust upgraded YELP to Buy from Neutral. The firm upgraded shares due to valuation. strong underlying fundamentals and reduced Street expectations. Price target is $85.
