And advanced education system means that a certain country is able to bring up not only scientists but academics, writers, and philosophers as well. And at last but not least, we mention Sweden. Like many of its Scandinavian counterparts, Norway has relied on a provision of quality education inexpensively to emerge as one of the leaders in education.
