It is important to keep in mind that the statistics are from 2013, and rates are expressed out of 100,000 people.

We have picked three items from their list: NYC. Southeast Bronx, Central Brooklyn, and Hunts Point and Mott Haven. In NYC. Southeast Bronx the overall number of people with HIV: 2,855. If we check the sex, we can find the result as: male: 3,88, and female: 1,928. In Central Brooklyn the overall number of people with HIV is 3,144. There are 4,384 men and 2,269 women. In Hunts Point and Mott Haven there are 3,538 people who live with HIV: 4,649 men and 2,598 women.
