Twitter Inc (NYSE:TWTR)’s CFO Anthony Noto’s stream got updated today with a mysterious tweet in which he was saying to someone that the company still needs to “buy them” and “he” is on your schedule for December 16th. He also wrote that “I have a plan.” The presenter of the program said that there are multiple theories about this tweet.
Jim Cramer said that it’s a comedy going on with Twitter Inc (NYSE:TWTR). No company uses the social media platform for high level talks and negotiations about acquisitions. Twitter Inc (NYSE:TWTR) has long been criticized by investors and experts for its management issues. Another expert said that he is unable to understand the logic of this message. Even if the message was intended for a private conversation, it depicts the level of immaturity of Twitter Inc (NYSE:TWTR)’s management.
Cramer said that the company which Noto is pointing towards can be Yelp or Priceline. Priceline is a company in the US which deals with travel and ticketing. Cramer said that whoever that company is, people need to know. December 16 is now locked by reporters and informers as an important date and people will be looking at Twitter Inc (NYSE:TWTR)’s headquarters for any meeting on that day.
Cramer said that a big change is coming to the management of Twitter Inc (NYSE:TWTR) and there is no way investors will let the “comedian” run the company.
