Sanderson Farms, Inc. and Canadian Pacific Railway Limited have been added to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Trust’s portfolio. Microsoft Corporation and Berkshire Hathaway Inc. were among the stocks the foundation sold.

Gates sold 35 percent of his Microsoft Corporation stock, leaving him with 1.93 million shares for $651 million.
