Believe it or not, but South Africa is a very progressive country, as it has legalized same sex marriage and same sex couples can adopt chidren. This country has a population of 59 million, and it’s the twenty-fourth most populous nation in the world. It has a multiethnic culture with a wide range of languages, religions. Perhaps this is the reason its progressive policies on LGBT. South Africa is followed by Brazil, the country where people are bright and accepting towards gay people. Brazil deserved the second spot on the list, as among Latin American countries it has the best homosexual laws. What’s more, it legalized gay marriage in 2013.
