The same day, Director Thomas Clifton Weatherford and Ceo & President Marcus Ryu reported to have sold, respectively 5,000 shares, at a price of $36.575 per share, and 30,000 shares, at an average price of $ 37.23 per share. Mr. Ryu’s transaction accounts for an automatic sale pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by Mr. Ryu on January 5, 2014. Following this transaction, Mr. Weatherford beneficially owns now 47,222 shares at the $2.64 billion Market Cap software company, and Mr. Ryu owns, in turn, another 138,068 securities.
