Larocque completed 20 transactions disposing of a total of 9,890 shares through trades that began on July 8th and were officially filed July 10th. These sales ranged from a price of $67.585 to $68.155 per share. Following these transactions, Larocque now directly holds 45,523 shares in SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE:SNX), the $2.51 billion market cap process services company that provides it’s services to resellers, retailers and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), in multiple regions around the world.
In addition, there are two major hedge funds involved in the company. Christopher Zepf & Brian Thonn‘s Kingdom Ridge Capital holds 250,000 shares worth about $15.1 million; while Gotham Asset Management, the hedge fund run by Joel Greenblatt, reported a 20% decrease in it’s activity last quarter, and now has 89,323 shares worth approximately $5.4 million invested in SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE:SNX).
