Panhandle Oil and Gas Inc. (NYSE:PHX), saw director, Robert A. Reece, decrease his holdings in the company. Reece disposed of 1,000 shares at an average price of $58 per share. After this transaction, Reece now possesses 25,815 shares directly with Panhandle Oil and Gas Inc. (NYSE:PHX).
This is not Reece’s first time lowering his exposure; since June of this year he has sold over 3,000 additional shares of common stock in the $464.05 million market cap corporation that is engaged in the acquisition, management and development of oil and natural gas properties, including wells located on its mineral and leasehold acreage.
There is one major hedge fund with involvement in the company. Citadel Investment Group, the hedge fund run by Ken Griffin, maintained it’s holdings in the company after reporting no movement in it’s activity last quarter, and now holds 13,427 shares in Panhandle Oil and Gas Inc. (NYSE:PHX), worth about $585 thousand.
