Seymour Sy Kaufman and Michael Stark‘s fund, Crosslink Capital, has reported the sale of 350,000 shares of Pandora Media Inc (NYSE:P), a new filing with the SEC showed. The shareholder disposed of the securities in one transaction at a price of $25.18 per share. Following the sale, Crosslink, which is a large shareholder of Pandora Media Inc (NYSE:P), owns more than 13.83 million shares of the company, down from 16.27 million shares reported in its latest 13F.
Pandora Media Inc (NYSE:P) is a provider of Internet radio broadcast services in the US. Its stock price has declined by around 10% since the beginning of the year. Among other shareholders of the $4.90 billion Pandora Media Inc (NYSE:P), is David Greenspan‘s Slate Path Capital, which holds 4.83 million shares as of the end of March. At the same time, Alkeon Capital Management, led by Panayotis Takis Sparaggis, have boosted its stake by 580% during the first quarter to 4.51 million shares.
