The Docking station for Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT)‘s Surface Pro 3 tablets can now be bought by users in U.S. and Canada. Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) announced this in one of its posts on the Surface blog. According to Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT), the Surface Pro 3 was designed to replace laptops as it can perform most of the functions that a laptop can and with the docking station it can even replace the desktop PCs.
All that a user needs to do is slide the Surface Pro 3 into the docking station and close the wings and they will get an instant access to all their PC accessories. Users can connect their keyboards, mouse, external monitors to the docking station. The docking station also comes with 6 USB ports out of which 4 are USB 3.0 ports.
