In a Push to strengthen its cloud computing business even more, Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) revealed that Microsoft Dynamics CRM is now available in many more countries. Bob Stutz, Corporate Vice President, Microsoft Dynamic CRM made the announcement on Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT)’s Dynamics Community page yesterday. The countries that have been added to the fold of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online include Argentina, Uruguay, Ecuador, U.S. Virgin Islands, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, Philippines, Bahrain, Egypt, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Ukraine, and the United Arab Emirates.
CRM Online is one of the integral parts of Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT)’s cloud computing business apart from Microsoft Azure and Office 365. To make Dynamic CRM available across geographies, Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) made investments to expand its datacenter locations. Regionally located data centers result in decreasing the latency, thus enabling better services and faster access to customers. Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) also became the first CRM vendor to provide this facility in Latin America. By launching Dynamic CRM online in these new markets, Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) has ensured that it is now available in 4 global regions and serves over 50 global markets.
