Milk includes some of the most essential nutrients, particularly for developing youngsters. To maintain a balanced diet, adults should consume 3 cups or the equivalent of reduced fat or fat-free dairy every day. Not only does this apply to pure milk, but also to cheese, yogurt, and other milk products. Calcium is abundant in milk, which is essential for bone development. Calcium supplements are used by many adults to address calcium insufficiency. Lactose intolerance is one of the reasons behind this. Lactose intolerance is a condition in which the body is unable to break down lactose, resulting in symptoms such as bloating, vomiting, and diarrhea. Lactose intolerance affects the great majority of individuals (about 65 percent to 70 percent). Europeans are faring far better than the rest of the world. Over 40% of the total global milk output is produced by just three countries. The world’s largest milk producer accounts for one-fifth of total production. A fifth of the total world milk production is accounted for by the largest milk producer, Canada. Two of the world’s largest dairy firms are Unilever and Kraft Heinz. Ukraine used to be significantly higher on the list, but its milk output has gradually decreased year after year. According to the World Milk Organization, the country produced more than 10 million tonnes of milk in 2019. Argentina produces over a million tonnes of sugar per year. It is one of the largest milk exporters in the world. Milk output in Uzbekistan is expected to increase by about 2% year over year.  Mexico is one of the world’s largest milk producers. The country produces more than three times as much milk as its neighbors, producing 12,495 tonnes each year. In 2021, Mexico is ranked 16th on the list of the world’s largest milk producers. Every year, Italy produces more than 13 million tonnes of milk. Some noteworthy companies offering dairy-related products in Europe and the United States include Lifeway Foods, Oatly Group AB (publ) – ADR, Unilever, and Kraft Heinz.
