Moreover, following this move, Schaevitz now has a total of 251,434 shares directly invested in Kingsway Financial Services Inc. (NYSE:KFS), a $114.36 million market cap holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the property and casualty insurance business and, as well, operates in two segments: Insurance Underwriting and Insurance Services.
