The first acquisition amounted to a total of 10,000 shares at a unit price of $12.47, while the remaining 26,578 were acquired separately for the price per share. These are Mr. Brooks first purchases this year, the shares will be indirectly owned, and owns no additional stock.
Jonny Jones, Chairman of the Board and CEO at Jones Energy Inc (NYSE:JONE) has also been active this year. Mr. Jones acquired a total of 88,595 this year through three different transactions, and now owns 1,421,928 shares.
Ken Griffin’s Citadel Investment Group is the largest shareholding institution (amongst those we track) after reporting a 73% increment for the second filling period of the current year, and now owns a total of 361,076 shares, at an estimated value of $7.4 million.
