Following yesterday’s report on Endurance Specialty Holdings Ltd. (NYSE:ENH)‘s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, John Charman purchasing 12,550 company shares at $51.68, today showed once again stock transactions regarding this company. This time, however, the mention is about R. Galen Barnes, Director at Endurance Specialty. While Charman was looking to purchase stock, Barnes took the opposite road today and sold 5,000 of his shares at a price of $51.5. However, the director still holds 19,683 shares under his name (compared to Charman’s 731,705 remaining holdings).
Moreover, several hedge funds deposited their trust in Endurance this past quarter, with Richard S. Pzena‘s Pzena Investment Management newly acquired 47,200 shares (worth over $2.5 million) in the company. However, Ric Dillon‘s hedge fund, Diamond Hill Capital, continues to hold the most impressive shareholder position in the company. After adding another 21% to its already solid stock holdings, this quarter showed that Diamond Hill owns a total of 897,172 shares, worth over $48 million.
