(NYSE:DAL) continues to post great quarterly results, there is some concern about how Michael Kors Holdings Ltd (NYSE:KORS) will perform in an overall tough retail environment. General Motors Company (NYSE:GM) being one of the oldest blue chips is charting out for growth in its core competencies. FMHR traders discussed today on CNBC their views regarding the three stocks.
Delta Air Lines, Inc. (NYSE:DAL) seems to be the favorite amongst the FMHR traders as almost all of them are bullish on the stock, which is completely in line with the rest of Wall Street as every big analyst on the Street has a ‘Buy’ rating on the stock. One of the FMHR trader believes that Delta Air Lines, Inc. (NYSE:DAL)’s stock has the potential to go till $60.
“It is trading at 19 times forward estimates, it’s growing at 20-25%, it’s been beaten up silly and so maybe the analysts are behind the curve in terms of lowering their numbers or just being too bullish, but the stock has pulled back to an attractive valuation, given the growth that you are getting and given the product cycle,” Stephanie Link said on Michael Kors Holdings Ltd (NYSE:KORS)
Barring Link, the FMHR traders don’t think that General Motors Company (NYSE:GM) is going to move much higher, while the consensus analysts’ expectation for the stock is to move 26% higher.
