The market doesn’t seem to be impacted by the issues going on in Iraq over oil and other political issues. Few companies like Chevron Corporation (NYSE:CVX) that are big players in the oil industry seem to be performing fairly. Other companies like Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:INTC) and Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) also feature the list of high cash flow stocks.
Jim Kee, the president of South Texas Money Management, was on Fox Business and he discussed how oil and political crisis in Iraq has not impacted the market. Kee also discussed about his favorite stocks, the stocks that he feels generate high cash flow and pay good dividend. Kee feels that companies like Chevron Corporation (NYSE:CVX) are well managed, good capital allocators and pay good dividends. He likes Chevron Corporation (NYSE:CVX) from the oil sector.
He mentioned that the market currently is about the big mega cap technology companies such as Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT), Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:INTC) and many such companies. He likes Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:INTC) a lot because he thinks information technology really takes place in the semiconductor space. The reason for Kee to like Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:INTC) is because the cash flow of the company is stabilizing and it pays great dividends to the shareholders. He also feels that the stock is selling below its potential. He thinks that Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:INTC) is an industry stalwart in the tech industry.
Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) is another stock that Kee loves to invest in and he said though the company has moved recently, on a longer term the stock has been an under perform one relative to the cash flow generated by the company. Kee feels that the products of Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) are widely in demand and that over 90% of the world’s PCs run on Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT). However most of the revenue is from enterprise. According to him, Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) is a great dividend payer and cash flow generator and still cheap.
