In 2019 the company had a total revenue of $10,299 million, a total comprehensive income of $1,073 million, and total assets of $22,684 million, employing 36,000 people. It’s not only the second largest waste management company in the United States, but in the world, also. It operates in non-hazardous solid waste collection as well as its recycling, transfer and disposal. Republic Services was launched 22 years ago, in 1998, and as for its headquarters, it’s located in Phoenix, Arizona. The company has one of the largest truck fleets in the country with 16,000 trucks.
