In a program on Bloomberg, Screenwriter Aaron Sorkin talked about his biopic on Steve Jobs. He said that Steve Jobs is one of the most dynamic and versatile personalities the world has ever seen. His innovation and perspective laid the corner stone for the modern technology industry. He disagreed with the notion that Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL)’s founder Steve Jobs has been featured in many movies and there is a saturation in the movie market. He said that if you invite ten different writers and ask them to write about Steve Jobs, you would get ten different versions of the biography, thanks to the multifaceted personality of Steve jobs.
There is an upcoming Movie about Steve Jobs in which Christian Bale will play the role of Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL)’s founder. Sorkin said that he talked to Steve Job 3 times on the phone in his life. Sorkin said to Steve Jobs that the only thing I have written about is the Mac. Jobs thanked Sorkin and sent him an upcoming laptop of Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL). Jobs wanted Sorkin to play around with the new innovation and give feedback on it. The second time Steve Jobs called Sorkin was to invite him to Pixar center in the Bay area. Jobs wanted Sorkin to write for Pixar movies. The third time Steve connected with Sorkin was for asking his help to write commencement addresses.
Sorkin said that Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL)’s founder was immensely innovative. The upcoming movie about him shows the internal conflicts Jobs had to face in his first company, and how he was fired from the company.
