Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) formally introduced Beats Electronics into its ‘family’ today by creating a page on its website dedicated to it, titled ‘Welcome Beats’. The $3 billion deal between Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) and Beats Electronics is finally closed with both the companies working together towards the future of music. Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) will apparently also lay-off 200 employees from Beats Electronics as we reported in one of our posts yesterday.
The page welcoming Beats gives a great message to music lover with Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) saying that it will help with the Beats Electronics to elevate the experience that music lovers get when they use the products created by Beats electronics founders Jimmy Iovine and Dr. Dre.
Reciprocating the same gesture, the official website of Beats Electronics also formally acknowledged the Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) as its new owner.
