BlackBerry Ltd (NASDAQ:BBRY)’s instant messaging app BBM’s popularity among the Blackberry mobile users prompted the company to launch the app for other mobile OS like Android, iOS and Windows. The BBM Channel is now available for users in the Social Media Management system, Hootsuite. Hootsuite announced through guest post in the Blackberry blog about the integration between them and the BBM Channels.
Hootsuite’s user interface dashboard helps the user to integrate almost all the social media networks like Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. Many video streaming sites like YouTube, Vimeo, Tumblr are also available to users for integration through Hootsuite. Hootsuite announced in their post that the BlackBerry Ltd (NASDAQ:BBRY)’s BBM channels can also be managed through their dashboard.
BBM channel integration in Hootsuite dashboard alongside the social media networks helps them in saving time and increase the work rate and also enable better community engagement. There is no limit to the number of BBM channels that the user can moderate through Hootsuite. The BBM Channel app is free for all Hootsuite users and available to them on their App directory.
