Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) has revealed on Tuesday that it will release Dynamics CRM 2015 and Dynamics Marketing 2014 in the fourth quarter of the year bringing features that aim to help marketing and sales departments to collaborate more.

The gist of the new features unveiled by Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) for Dynamics CRM 2015 and Dynamics Marketing 2015 is that it helps marketing and sales departments to see the effects of what each department are doing and the response these activities are getting from customers. The new versions of these software also provide deeper integration with other Microsoft software as well as new languages.

Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) said that Dynamics Marketing comes with the new Sales Collaboration Panel, a new Marketing Calendar and new languages Japanese and Russian. Dynamics CRM features an improved Guided Sales Processes and more integration with Office 365, Yammer, Lync, Skype, SharePoint and Power BI for Office 365.

In effect, Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT), through the new Sales Collaboration Panel, is giving people from sales departments of target client companies the power to opt-out certain clients from certain cross-sell or up-sell marketing campaigns if they are not responding particularly well to these campaigns or have chosen to not to get cross-selling or up-selling offers.

People from marketing departments will now also get the power through Dynamics Marketing to schedule tasks that need to be done by people from sales departments. Furthermore, through the new Marketing Calendar feature, sales people will be informed of how the marketing department intends to make sales out of their marketing campaigns.

Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) shareholders includes Jeffrey Ubben’s Valueact Capital which reported about 74.24 million shares in the company by the end of the first half of the year.
