Laurie Baker, Senior Vice President at the Fund & Asset Management sector of Camden Property Trust (NYSE:CPT) sold yesterday in an open market transaction 1,480 Common Shares of Beneficial Interest at a price of $74.37 each, for a total value of $110, 067. Following the filling, she owns directly a total of 42,806 company shares, of which 433 were acquired through the firm’s Employee Share Purchase Plan. Throughout this year, she had already sold 3640 shares at a weighted average price of $66.7 each share.
However, Camden Property Trust (NYSE:CPT)’s largest hedge fund shareholders of record are feeling bullish regarding the company. Israel Englander’s Millennium Management fund –owner of over 280 thousand shares- has increased its exposure to the firm by over three times. John Overdeck and David Siege’s Two Sigma Advisors fund have also done so but over eight times and it now owns over 200 thousand shares of the $6.35 billion market cap real estate investment trust.
