The company holdings were owned indirectly by him and sold at a price of $145.67 per share, for a total value of $291,340. This is the first transaction he has made this year and, following the filling, he still owns indirectly 130,106 shares, as well as 21,706 shares, directly, of this company specialized in the floor covering marketplace.
On the contrary, the three largest shareholders on record have increased their exposure to Mohawk Industries Inc. (NYSE:MHK). Andreas Halvorsen’s Viking Global fund –owner of over 4.5 million shares- has done so by an 81% while Robert Joseph Caruso’s Select Equity Group –owner of over 2.6 million shares- also has by a 9 percent. Finally, John Lykouretzos’ Hoplite Capital Management –which owns 1.3 million shares- has increased its stake on $10.62 billion market cap Mohawk Industries Inc. (NYSE:MHK) by a 26%.
