The first one, Aggreko stands on the fifth spot on the compilation. It had a total revenue of $1,900 million in 2019, whil in 2018 it was $1,961 million. Aggreko operates in renting out lots of different equipment, such as cooling towers, air conditioning units, gas and diesel generators, and industrial chillers. It’s based in Glasgow Scotland, although originally it was launched in the Netherlands 58 years ago in 1962, and has over 6,000 employees. Aktio Group is already in the top three, with a jaw-dropping total revenue of $2,310 in 2019, and $2,175 in 2018. Aktio Group was established in Japan, in 1967. Regarding to its size and total revenue, Aktio is the largest company in Japan. The company started with only a single pump,, and now it owns 12 locations in 8 countries, providing rental equipment, consultancy services to optimize the usage of its equipment.
