Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) has a lot of exciting products lined up in the coming few months. The iWatch, bigger iPhone and lot more exciting for the consumers is surely makes the stock interesting. Its stock has gained almost 20% so far YTD.
Gene Munster of Piper Jaffray, was on CNBC recently and he discussed if the products to be launched by Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) later this year or early next year would be the best products of the company so far in its 25 years of history. He thinks that the company will launch its best products so far and he said that based on the research made by his firm. He said that the expectations from Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) are going up and he feels that the company should be able to deliver in the second half of the year.
“Based on what we have pieced together, I think it will.” Munster stated supporting the company to live up to the expectations.
He explained what he expects from the products to be launched soon. Munster said that the iPhone 6 would be the first one to be launched which would have larger screen with about 4.7” display which is comparatively bigger than the existing one. The existing iPhone just has 4” display and a lot of people are looking out for larger screens.
Munster also discussed about the phablets to be launched in the next 6 months which would add to the list of new launches, He said that there would be NFC and few more services which would be strengthening the service segment. He also said that the iWatch should actually be tagged to an iPhone because to get the maximum out if it, a user would need an iPhone. So he feels that Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) has an interesting list of products in the offing.
He said that the Television would be the final piece of the puzzle and he feels that is going to be launched for sure. However he was not sure if it might be launched this year and with all these products in the picture, it makes sense to say that Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) probably might be launching the best products so far in the past 25 years.
